Though it was originally developed for Macintosh computers, the program is now available for use on Windows computers. In addition to being a commercial product, Photoshop is free for Mac users who download it from the Adobe website.

Nearly two years after a recent wave of anti-government protests started in Vietnam, an ethnic Chinese businessman has said he faces arrest and violence if he attempts to return home.

And another ethnic Chinese businessman, who owns several shops in Hanoi, has told the BBC that his family is terrified of returning because of intimidation by a pro-government group.

These two stories come on the heels of many more attacks against ethnic Chinese businessmen in Vietnam.

The incidents in these cases show the hard line being taken by the government towards anyone perceived as backing the protesters.

Long queue to get to Vietnam

Mr Hung was at a security checkpoint at the main border crossing with China in the central province of Quang Tri in October 2015.

"A policeman with a baton and gun came to me and told me to go to China," he says.

"I told him I didn't want to go [to China], but he made me go."

He says his wife was also held at the border and asked to identify him.

"I told her I didn't know who I was because I don't have a face or body," he said. "She didn't speak any English."

When it became clear that the border police did not know who he was, he was told to return to Vietnam.

"I went home alone. I was angry because I was scared to be arrested by the police again," he said.

"My wife called me and asked me to open the door. I was surprised. The police told me to talk to the police again, and I said I would see the police again. I told my wife I would return to the border in Hanoi. I said I didn't trust the police and they would arrest me. I told them my name was Alan Hung."

Photoshop Elements is a free program and comes bundled with a lot of free Adobe software, as well as a number of developer-oriented tools that are not included with the program.

The full version also comes with a number of additional free products, such as free e-books, movie samples, and a collection of free art and photography.

Installing Photoshop Elements

You can download the software from here.

You'll need an Adobe ID to log into the program. You can get one for free here.

If you already have an Adobe ID, this won't take any time at all, but if you don't have one, then you'll need to create one.

Once you have your Adobe ID, launch the download and follow the prompts. If you don't have a Microsoft account, you can create one and associate it with the download.

Once the installer has finished, launch Photoshop Elements from the Start Menu.

If you download the desktop version, you may be prompted to install Microsoft Silverlight. It is not necessary for the full version but makes some of the web app features available. You can get Silverlight here.

the music that mean the most to you. I love the songs by the Rolling Stones and I love the songs by the Beatles. Just a lot of favorite music. I love country music. I also listen to lots of blues.

The Battered-Buddies guitarist, Brian Knappenberger, has played with the Stones on some of their shows in the past. How do you view your own musical relationship with the Rolling Stones.

[Laughs] Well I don’t view our musical relationship with the Stones as a negative thing at all. I actually think it’s a very positive thing. When I was growing up in the Sixties, and even today, there’s a tremendous attraction to the Rolling Stones. I think it’s because they are a rock and roll band who wrote a lot of good songs. They inspired a lot of young people, including myself, who did start playing and writing music. So it’s a positive thing. Brian Knappenberger and I have a lot of affection for them and we very much enjoy playing their music. We’re really lucky that we get to play music that we love and that’s part of our job as a band.

How long have you known Brian?

We’ve known Brian and Scott [Donaldson, drums] since the early 90’s. We were all in the Charlie Watts Band when we toured with the Rolling Stones. Brian was Charlie Watts’ drummer at the time. So we all met before that.

What is the band’s next tour.

The next tour we have is in May and June. We have dates in the U.S. and in Europe. We’ll be playing a lot of festivals and some smaller venues in Europe as well.

You toured in the US in the last year. What would you say are the highlights of that tour?

The highlights of the US tour include meeting a lot of people, and having people tell us that they had watched us play when we were teenagers. It’s very flattering to hear that. It makes you feel like you’re doing your job well.

You had a great reaction to new music that we got played in Chicago.

[Laughs] You just can’t please the critics. We listened to those songs and we thought, “Well, we don’t know if we like those

The University of Florida doesn’t consider a university-run medical marijuana dispensary in Gainesville a “disruption,” but rather as a change that would benefit the medical community.

News of UF’s proposed dispensary business, set to open in March, has been met with mixed reactions from the Gainesville community.

UF’s website lists President Bernie Machen, who has said the university’s medical marijuana program is about “preventative care,” as one of the project’s lead partners.

Machen said the dispensary is considered a “change,” but not a disruption.

“We don’t anticipate … the small number of people who do use medical marijuana using it at a place like this as a disruption of normal routine,” said Machen, who declined to comment on the possibility of arrests at the site. “This was something that was planned for a long time and had many professional people working on it and had a very long gestation period.”

Other concerns about the dispensary include its location, 30 miles from the heart of Gainesville. The facility is next to UF’s medical school, which already draws thousands of students and faculty daily and teaches more than 1,000 undergraduate and graduate students and hundreds of medical residents and medical school faculty.

UF received a $48.5 million grant from the state of Florida in 2014 to expand its medical marijuana program to include delivery of cannabis to patients.

The university received $6 million to construct the dispensary and $2.5 million for equipment. The remaining $31.5 million will come from private donations.

The proposed dispensary would be a two-story medical cannabis-specific clinic with 11 exam rooms, a pharmacy, a wellness area, private consulting rooms and a lounge.

The Associated Students of the University of Florida passed a resolution opposing the use of public funds for the dispensary, saying it would be an expenditure that would have a negative impact on programs and services.

The efforts to stop the dispensary have been spearheaded by College Republicans and Red Tide Students for a Now Society, an anti-abortion group. Red Tide Students for a Now Society is among the four student groups recently awarded $8,800 in public funds for their project.
