Was there a reason why those from NY were more expensive that those in Ohio or PA, etc? Or just the convenience of getting them in East New York compared to the other States, where Ohio or PA was closer? I used to want to get shirts for my team, but the shirt suppliers I found were too expensive.

It may be more elegant to just rewrite the navigation bar for the site. To this end, I am looking for a good but simple and cheap WYSIWYG HTML editor.
